Refresh Club welcomes applications from creators, publishers, and approved marketing partners who want to promote our products through TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, websites, newsletters, or other permitted channels. Participation is subject to review and written approval.
How to apply for an affiliate link
To request an affiliate link, complete the contact form on our website, then email refreshclubpatch@gmail.com with the subject line “Affiliate Application” and links to your profiles and proposed sales or promotional channels. Include:
- Your name or business name, contact email, and country or region.
- Direct links to your TikTok and other social profiles, websites, storefronts, or relevant pages.
- The sales and promotional channels you plan to use, including organic posts, live streams, paid ads, newsletters, communities, or retail activity.
- A brief description of your audience, available reach or engagement information, and how you plan to promote Refresh Club.
- Whether you are requesting a referral link, content collaboration, or permission to resell products.
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into an agreement. Submitting the contact form or sending an email does not guarantee acceptance, samples, payment, or an affiliate link. We will review the application and contact you if we wish to continue.
Commission rates and payment discussions
Further discussion of commission rates, payment methods, payout schedules, and other compensation will take place after you complete the contact form and submit your profile and channel information. Final payment arrangements must be agreed in writing before participation begins.
The written agreement will explain qualifying sales, how referrals are tracked and attributed, any referral window, the calculation of commission, treatment of returns and refunds, and any payout minimum or verification requirements. This page does not set a commission rate or promise earnings. Prospective changes will not remove commissions already earned under the agreed terms, subject to valid refunds or fraud adjustments.
Approval and permitted channels
An approved partner may receive an individual link or code and approved promotional materials. Use them only on the channels covered by your approval. Obtain written permission before using additional sales channels, running paid advertisements, bidding on our brand name, or presenting yourself as an authorized reseller.
An affiliate link is permission to refer customers under the agreement. It does not by itself authorize wholesale purchases, resale, marketplace listings, or operation of an official Refresh Club account. TikTok posts, TikTok Shop listings, platform ads, and other sales features have separate eligibility and product rules. Our approval does not establish platform approval or authorize bypassing a restriction.
Disclosures and truthful promotion
Clearly tell your audience when you may earn a commission or have received payment, free products, or another benefit. Place the disclosure with the recommendation or link so it is easy to notice. Do not rely only on a profile bio, a hidden caption, or an unclear hashtag.
For a commission link, use clear wording such as: “I may earn a commission if you purchase through this link.” Disclose gifted products or a paid sponsorship when applicable. Video disclosures must appear in the video; use both spoken and visible disclosure where appropriate. Repeat disclosures during live streams so viewers joining later can see them. Use any commercial-content or paid-partnership setting required by the platform as well.
Promotions must reflect your honest experience and use accurate, supported claims. Do not promise specific weight loss or other guaranteed results, present a patch as a substitute for prescription treatment, or claim disease treatment or FDA approval without an accurate lawful basis and written authorization. A disclaimer does not make an unsupported health claim acceptable. Do not create fabricated reviews, misleading before-and-after images, or endorsements from people who did not provide them.
Conduct content permissions and ending participation
Spam, impersonation, deceptive sales practices, artificial clicks, cookie stuffing, unauthorized collection of customer information, and fraudulent transactions are prohibited. Do not collect payment or promise refunds on our behalf without separate written authorization. Only genuine qualifying sales are eligible for commission under the written agreement.
Use only promotional materials you have permission to use. Permission for Refresh Club to reuse your original content, name, or likeness in advertising must be agreed separately. Your affiliate relationship does not make you an employee or give you authority to bind Refresh Club.
We may suspend or end participation for violations and request correction or removal of noncompliant promotions. The written agreement governs notice, final accounting, payment of valid earned commissions, and permitted adjustments. Affiliates remain responsible for their applicable taxes and disclosure obligations.
